Any staff experience in the past? ( Long time ago, but yes. )
Can you build? Moderate ability to build.
Do you have skype? Skype name? (Yes , JamezEmargo)
Have you ever coded with Torque Engine? (No.)
Have you invited any people to the server? if so who? (Directly no, but I have indirectly talked about the server to others.)
Has anyone recommended you as mod? (Yes, rm2000 )
Why should we pick you and not someone else?
I have been playing Blockland for several years, and have dealt with many kinds of people. As a past Host myself, I have gained a sense of judgement to handle situations and people as they come forth on an administrative level. I am frequently online Blockland, whether on the server or not, and I would have decent avaliability, seeing as I have much time on my hands (Probably more than I should!). Whether through Steam or other server if I am not already on the server, I could be avaliable to help if no other administrative power were online at the time. As an moderator, my role would be to make sure rules are enforced, but just as important, make sure that every one of the players are enjoying their time on the server to keep the server's administrators in good standing with the people. Being a moderator, or any administrative role makes you a representative of that server, and should be taken into notice whenever conversing in arguement.
What would you do if someone is on the server trolling with a tazer?
Kindly but firmly tell the player to stop, and how it is unhealthy to the players who wish to be wanting to use their time on the server.
Of course this may not get through at first, so if continual warning messages do not do it, a kick may be in order.
If this said person comes back and begins to flame the admin or server, a temporary ban (5-20 minutes) may be issued.
If a higher administrative power is online at the time to see this, it may be better to allow that person to handle the situation, or, converse with this admin on what course of action is proper. Anything that would require a longer length of punishment should very much be taken up by a person of higher authority.
