If you guys could, please suggestion additions to the feature below.

Just finished a purge script that allows Super admins to enable/disable purge. During purge illegalAtackTest will always return false, which means that attacks will not be recognized as illegal. It also makes the baton unable to jail people. Also incase you earned any demerits, at the end of the purge all demerits are set to 0
