Okay I hope I'm using the template correctly. Basicly I'm suggesting 5 new jobs:
Paralegals are capable of paying demerits for other people, for 25% less, but not able to clear records or release people out of the prison.
Lawyers are capable of paying demerits for other people, for 40% less, and able to clear records for 30% less and release people out of the prison, 600 dollars a tick.
District Attorneys are capable of paying demerits for 50% less, and are able to clear records for 45% less and release people out of the prison, 400 dollars a tick.
Judges are capable of paying demerits for 65% less, and are able to clear records for 60% less and release people out of the prison, 250 dollars a tick.
Fresh Start Guys don't need to have a clear record. They can pay demerits for 15% less, clear records for 20% less but they can't release people out of the prison.
