You can pay for a chat advertisement, which gets displayed once every in-game day, and it takes some money from your bank (maybe like $250-$500)? You can also set the color using the <color:RRGGBB> tag.
So for example, if I paid for an advertisement about my shop, every in-game day it would say:
Visit Element's Food and Gun Store to the right of spawn!

Now, it would be very easy to setup a quick advertisement system rather than a relay advertisement system. Quick Advertising: -Doesn't loop -You'd use a command to send an advertisement. ( or step on a brick ) -It would cost every time you sent an advertisement. Keep in mind that it would be cheaper than a relay. -You would be able to use it more frequently. Relay Advertising: -It would take longer to code and the moment i've got a bunch of projects i'm working on. -You would have to be online for the replay to work. -If you bought a relay just before the server restarted you would have to buy it again. I think that deathpkz idea would be the easiest and most effective approach at an advertisement system.
