I was thinking that the Business Ranks should be able to create food, clothing and item selling points, as businesses can also have shops in real life. Also, people who have their own business could pay for a lot of lumber, and therefore possibly build better places?

I agree, it's time to make the game longer. I'll need new ideas for new job types with higher education and other perks. I'll create a job section/thread in the suggestion form.
