Is jailing in spawn against the rules?
I recently jailed Blocksam, (BLID: 32349)who was killing in spawn so I jailed him. (in spawn)
Please let me know ASAP i'm being threatened by Blocksam to be banned (even though he isn't a mod/admin/super admin.)
